ZAAC looks at the symptoms of corruption but it’s causes are the institutional and structural decomposition of the state under Zanu PF and it’s agents such Mugabe, Mnangagwa etc. This rot should fall. The opposition MDC must play its oversight role. Zanu PF must fall, die!
