Farai Dziva|The MDC Alliance says it will not participate in the “so called extra ordinary congress organised by Douglas Mwonzora and others”

Speaking during a media briefing in Harare, MDC Alliance deputy national chairperson Job Sikhala said:

MDC Alliance MPs will suspend all Parliament activities as the party consults with all the organs on the way forward.

The party will not participate in the extra ordinary congress being organised by Mwonzora et al.

The party had expelled Mudzuri, Komichi and Mwonzora according to our Constitution which says anyone who joins or supports a rival party expels themselves from the party.

The party will activate an action plan that will be announced soon…”
