Farai Dziva|The MDC Alliance says the land reform programme should be transparent and balanced in essence.

The party has also accused Zanu PF of using the compensation process to siphon state resources.

This was said by MDC Alliance Spokesperson, Advocate Fadzai Mahere at a news conference in the capital Harare on Thursday.
