President Chamisa Pays Tribute To Jairos Jiri

Tinashe Sambiri|President Nelson Chamisa has described Jairos Jiri as a great philanthropist and selfless man.

He said Jairos Jiri was a hardworking man who spent his life fighting for the empowerment of the socially disadvantaged.

“Greatness of nations is born out of the womb of active selfless citizenry and visionary leadership driven by passion to give to others anchored upon twin pillars of service and sacrifice.

Fellow Countrymen, Join me as we remember, salute and celebrate the late Jairos Jiri, a philanthropist who died on the 12th of November 1982 after building the largest and most successful indigenous charitable institution.

In a New Zimbabwe and Under our SMART GOVERNMENT, such men and great works shall receive government support, amplified national honour and special recognition.
