By A Correspondent| Hopewell Chin’ono has been included on a list of journalists who are victims of press freedom abuses around the word, following his recent arrest on charges of inciting public violence.

Chin’ono was arrested on the 18th of July and charged with incitement and spend over 40 days at Chikurubi Maximum prison.

He was to be arrested again on charges of interference, spending 17 days in remand prison before his release on bail.

Chin’ono joins nine other journalists from Turkey, Egypt, Iran, China, Russia and Malysia among other countries.
