Justice Chitapi has further postponed the ruling for 2IC Cecillia R Chimbiri , hon Joana Ruvimbo Mamombe and Zinasu Zinasu Pres Takudzwa Ngadziore to Tuesday 23rd of March.

He says that he needs more time to prepare a comprehensive judgement.

What suprises me in all this is Hon Temba P Mliswa plus many others facing similar charges have since been out on bail which was granted by the Magistrate Court.

To me this clearly confirms that Zimbabwe doesn’t have equality of the law, it’s all double standards depending on who is accussed.
