I see the regime is still hoping something will come by in 10 days. They have taken bill number 2 to the senate. Their surrogates have gone into deception mode.

Do not be fooled. It is a sign of withdrawal. Operation bombardment must proceed. We are there. There cannot
legally change anything. With or without the bills Malaba must go.
They never saw it coming, that once the Chief Justice office is vacant without a qualified person from Judiciary, to occupy the office of CJ, then the Judiciary arm of state has collapsed. It cannot be reinstated by politicians or politics.

The actions of Parliament in these last few days is a visible hand trying a set up of Judiciary. It all crushes because of s328 as explained by Alex Magaisa. They cannot do anything about it.

What need to be done is to think of how to turn this opportunity to victory.

As it stands judicial authority can only come from people of Zimbabwe. The two Zimbabwe birds on the disc ID, according to them, represent the history of Zimbabwe. North East of the country there are ruins of a defeated ruler. He used charms as his powers. Mutokoma was defeated. Read for yourself from there.

South East of Zimbabwe is an unknown ruins cluster, much bigger than Mutoko ruins, with a big cave. It shall be refugee of

No government ever has stood without a Judiciary. It will start in Zimbabwe. This automatically means the regime
is gone. Every citizen of Zimbabwe must now be rejoicing and blowing the trumpet as the walls of Jericho have fallen.

It is in the remaining 10 days that we must all concentrate on section 162, section 163, section 164 and section
165.

Let every citizen know that it is us the people of Zimbabwe who give the Judiciary authority and no one else.

It is time we know that the judicial authority is vested in a Court and not in a Judge or group of Judges. A court is a properly constituted panel of Judges as defined by a founding provision. As it stands, the Constitutional Court collapsed on 22 May 2020. Nothing legal can be done today to bring it back.

As Malaba is retiring on 15 May, the Supreme Court and the High Court as constituted by section 168 and 170 collapse. They cease to be courts. Even if Judges may be there but their authority is exercised through court and not office.

Once the Superior Courts collapse the judiciary has collapsed because it is no longer constituted as prescribed by
s163.

So do not be distracted by decoys. Focus. The people must decide whom they will vest with the Judicial authority, especially the bills the regime is busy creating. Those are the catalyst of its own departure.
