By A Correspondent- Zanu PF President Emmerson Mnangagwa yesterday fired High Court judge Justice Erica Ndewere.

Ndewere was victimised for opposing the former Chief Justice, Luke Malaba.

A Kangaroo court set by Mnangagwa found Ndewere guilty on two counts of misconduct.

“His Excellency, the President has accordingly, in terms of section 187 (8) of the Constitution, removed Honourable Justice Erica Ndewere from office with immediate effect,” read a statement issued by chief secretary to the president and cabinet, Micheck Sibanda.
