By A Correspondent-Presidential spokesperson George Charamba has brewed another diplomatic storm after he accused foreign embassies of funding the private press to soil his Boss.

Charamba made the accusations through a posting on his @Jamwanda2 Twitter account. He was responding to a story in Thursday’s Newsday, reporting on his reckless statement against the new Zambian President, Hikainde Hichilema.
