By Jane Mlambo| An eye-witness has accused the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) Chairperson Priscilla Chigumba of causing an accident which almost claimed many lives along Harare-Chinhoyi road.

In a video circulating on social media, an unidentified person is heard saying, “Causer we accident ndiyeyu uyu, ndiye mukonzeri uyu” while pointing at Chigumba’s Toyota Landcruiser.

The eye-witness did not however state how Chigumba caused the accident.
