Dubbed the “One Woman Show,” the event showcased her immense talent and drew a massive crowd.
However, the aftermath has left the venue severely damaged, forcing authorities to relocate upcoming soccer matches.
The highly anticipated Betway Premiership fixture scheduled for this weekend between two top teams has been moved to the old Peter Mokaba Stadium.
Thipa Selala, representing the Polokwane municipality, confirmed the relocation, citing the extensive damage to the pitch during Makhadziās concert.
āNo, the pitch at the new Peter Mokaba Stadium will not be able to accommodate the game on Saturday,ā Selala told KickOff. āWe are currently in discussions with stakeholders about utilizing the old Peter Mokaba Stadium and will communicate with the clubs as soon as possible.ā
