By Farai D Hove| A rumour circulating on Friday that Robert Mugabe’s son in law Simba Chikore was raided by the Zimbabwe Anti Corruption unit is not true.

Simba Chikore was neither raided by intelligence agents, contrary to the rumour.

An Anti Corruption Officer told ZimEye the below rumour taking rounds Friday is not true.

“To the best of my knowledge none of this is true,” the female officer said.

The rumour which was followed by a video showing bags of money being offloaded inside an office, read: “Zimbabwe Anti-corruption unit raided Simba Chikowore’s residence, Mugabe’s son in law and discover 89million US dollars in lockers.”
