Mamelodi Sundowns president Dr. Patrice Motsepe has given Percy Tau the green light to complete his move to EPL side Brighton & Hove Albion FC .

The decision to allow Tau to conclude his deal was made after the player’s agent apologised for releasing information about the transfer to the media.

“Mamelodi Sundowns is pleased to announce that the president of Mamelodi Sundowns Dr. Patrice Motsepe gave instructions to the management to finalize the deal with Brighton & Hove Albion FC (Brighton) after Percy Tau and his agent came to see him and apologised for disclosing confidential information to the media,” read the statement that was released by the club yesterday.
