PART 2: Thief Pounces On UK Zimbabwean While He’s In England, Sells His Harare Stand

By Own Correspondent| The matter in which a man Daison Zvomarima allegedly defrauded a UK based man by selling his property after having faked his identity documents and Title Deeds is set to be heard on  August 6 2018 at Harare Magistrates courts.

Police arrested Zvomarima in the act while he was allegedly selling the property which is worth $70,000.

Another suspect, Betty Makura was arrested under police case number CR1471/6/18.

The victim is the UK based Mr Kenneth Mukswe.

It is alleged that the duo, identified themselves to the buyer and the lawyer as Mr and Mrs Muskwe with forged identity documents of Mr and Mrs Muskwe and title deeds of stand number 172 Monavale in Harare.

The alleged thieves were caught while selling the property on the pretext that it was their property.

The lawyer who allegedly facilitated the sale of the stand was identified as a Mr. Mabhena of 109 Blackway, Belvedere in Harare.

The case will be heard on the 6th August 2018.
