Jane Mlambo| Police Commisioner Godwin Matanga has told the Kgalema Motlante led Commission of Inquiry that Vice President Constantino Chiwenga sanctioned the deployment of the army on the streets of Harare.

Matanga was making his submissions before the commission in Harare today.
