Giving his testimony before the Commission of Inquiry appointed to investigate the shooting of civilians in Harare on August 1, Matanga said Chamisa was getting advice from Kenyan opposition leader Rayila Odinga during the same time.

“Chamisa was taking lessons from Kenya and I could not arrest him because of that.

Crime does not rot like meat and the records are there -time will tell he (Chamisa) will be arrested,”Matanga said.
