Jane Mlambo| Opposition leader Nelson Chamisa has continued to mourn the death of party legislator for Glen View South Vimbai Tsvangirai who passed on yesterday following her involvement in a traffic accident along Harare-Bulawayo road last month.

Posting on Twitter, Chamisa said Vimbai Tsvangirai Java’s death was a blow to the party, family and the nation at large.

A blow to us all…Us being the family, people’s revolutionary party-MDC, nation and especially the young people, the next generation.A solid and visionary leader!

Vimbai, the third daughter of the late MDC founding leader Morgan Tsvangirai was involved in an accident in May on her way from a party event in Bulawayo. The same accident claimed her campaign manager, Paul Rukanda and relative Tafadzwa Mhundwa who was also a Councillor in Mt Pleasant.
