By A Correspondent- Independent legislator for Norton Temba Mliswa has urged Justice minister Ziyambi Ziyambi to start preparing the country’s correctional centres including Chikurubi Maximum prison adding that the majority of senior government chefs including ministers were heading there over “stealing people’s money”.
