Finance minister Professor Mthuli Ncube has claimed that the government is in control of the situation obtaining in local clinics and hospitals as well as the education sector.

Responding to journalists who asked if government was comfortable with women delivering babies under stone age environment in Mbare where one woman Gogo Gwena is believed to be helping women deliver in her bedroom, Ncube said they were working with the responsible ministry to address the situation.
