By James Gwati- Zanu PF wants MDC-Alliance Chairman, and Zengeza West lawmaker Job Sikhala fined $1.2 million for disrespecting President Emmerson Mnangagwa.

Sikhala and former Mbizo MP Settlement Chikwinya, who are part of a parliament portfolio committee chaired by Zanu PF MP for Mudzi South, Jonathan Samkange challenged a motion which was raised by the same during one of its sessions which wanted all the Nelson Chamisa led MDC MPs be sanctioned for ignoring President Emmerson Mnangagwa address.

MDC-Alliance legislators led by Sikhala sang, boycotted the sitting, with some remained seated or walked out of the chamber on five occasions when President Mnangagwa delivered his State of the Nation addresses or was present on other formal occasions.
