By Redley Mugabe| There was drama in parliament yesterday when ZANU PF MPs forced the debate on the Electoral Amendment Bill to be postponed simply because they had less numbers inside the building.

Zanu PF MPs began walking out of the building allegedly, “so that there is no quorum”, as they appeared to be outnumbered by MDC MPs.

All debates on the matter then came to a halt when opposition MPs rioted and began singing and chanting loudly “Into wenzayo siyayizonda!” [We don’t like what you are doing]; During the melee, the MDC-T’s Innocent Gonese queried saying, “the Minister moved a motion to suspend automatic adjournment of the House to allow passage for the Electoral Amendment Bill and we are ready and geared to debate we object adjournment.” – WATCH THE VIDEO BELOW –
