By Own Correspondent| Thokozani Khupe’s deputy Obert Gutu is holding a press conference at 12 noon, Wednesday.

It was not clear at the time of writing what he is going to say but indications were that he is going to address the issue of Mrs Khupe’s Supreme Court loss yesterday.

Mrs Khupe has so far lost her High Court case to her former boss, Nelson Chamisa, yesterday, as the sitting judge said the matter must go for trial. In the verdict she was cited as a mere individual. Her two aides, Gutu and Abednico Bhebhe were also cited as civilians in the full print of the verdict in the case in which they are being sued for using the name, Movement for Democratic Change, party logo and symbols.  – refresh this page to watch at 12 noon
