By A Correspondent| As if the 2% tax burden on the poor is not enough, the Finance Minister Mthuli Ncube Saturday afternoon dropped a bombshel announcement that he is going to introduce a new tax on commuter omnibuses, hair salons and other informal sector survival businesses. He made this announcement during a pre-budget review meeting Bulawayo.
