Zanu Pf Youth League Boss and Chief Whip Pupurai Togarepi has been involved in an accident near Lalapanzi on his way to Esigodini to attend the 17th National People’s Conference.

Togarepi who was traveling with his driver escaped with minor injuries and was complaining of pain in the neck area and legs. His driver sustained serious injuries and was rushed to Gweru Provincial Hospital.

According to Information and Broadcasting Services Permanent Secretary Nick Mangwana who spoke to Togarepi after the accident, the car which the Gutu South legislator was traveling in hit a cow resulting in the driver losing control.-state media
