Paul Nyathi|President Emmerson Mnangagwa this week secretly dispatched his right-hand man Christopher Mutsvangwa to Zambian President Edgar Lungu to deliver a yet to be established “special message.”

The Zambian State House Press Office revealed in a Facebook post on Tuesday that Lungu hosted Mutsvangwa at the State House with the special message.

“President Edgar Lungu poses for a photo with Zimbabwe’s Special Advisor to President Emmerson Mnangagwa, Ambassador Christopher Mutsvangwa, shortly after he was presented with a special message at State House on Tuesday, 5th February, 2019,” revealed the state mouth piece.

Mutsvangwa, who this week disclosed that he had just recovered from an unspecified surgery, is also Chairperson of the Zimbabwe National Liberation War Veterans Association.
