Auxilia Mnangagwa Clinches Agreement For Doctors’ Training

By Own Correspondent| Merck Foundation is set to train Zimbabwean doctors in key specialist areas, First Lady Auxilia Mnangagwa has revealed.
Mnangagwa said she is optimistic the trainings will help improve health care services in the country.
She said:
“I was delighted to meet Dr Rasha Kalej, CEO of the Merck Foundation, and to come to an agreement whereby Merck will help to train Zimbabwean doctors in key specialist areas.
I am confident that this will be a long and fruitful partnership, through which we will help to train and support our doctors, improve healthcare provision and empower women and girls in Zimbabwe.”
