By Ezra Sibanda|A season that began with optimism for Highlanders Bosso now generating into despair, disbelief and fury as the fate of Zimbabwe’s oldest football club is looking increasingly perilous. We need to come together and rescue our club from the jaws of extinction at the hands of flops in charge of the club. There is an institutional failure in football governance by those tasked to lead Highlanders FC and that’s what we are facing now. Its not about changing coaches but overhauling the whole setup at Bosso.

Its time to get rid of the current Executive & Board, thats the only way to modernise the club and bring back the good old days. Our great club has been reduced to mediocrity just because of people who have no clue on how to run a huge football club like Highlanders. Does the current leadership realise they are inflicting so much pain on Bosso fans around the world while selfishly destroying the pride of Matabeleland people? Just because of the love of power, stinking ego and arrogance, these failures dont want to resign. They have failed and should all go now, from the Chairman, CEO & Board hambani. As Bosso, we are slowly losing a force of influence, economic and cultural institution.
