3 people succumbed to COVID-19 yesterday bringing the total number of COVID-19 deaths in Zimbabwe to 84 since 23 March 2020.

This was contained in a report by the Ministry of Health which states that 118 people tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday,

118 Cases tested positive for COVID-19 today, These include 117 local cases and a returnee from South Africa.

New recoveries were reported by Bulawayo Province(21) and Mashonaland West Province (5)

Todaye we regret to report 3 deaths at facility level. A amle aged 66 and a female aged 60 in Bulawayo and a male aged 79 in Manicaland Province.

Since the onset of the COVID-19 outbreak on 20 March 2020 the total number of confirmed cases is 4339, recoveries 1264, active cases 2991 and 84 deaths.
