By A Correspondent- A Chivhu woman today reportedly killed her 4 children before torching the family’s home after she found out that her husband had impregnanted another woman.

The woman reportedly “slaughtered” her minors using a knife and put them inside the couple’s matrimonial home and set it on fire.

Said a source privy to developments:

“Mashura kuno kuChivhu mukadzi acheka vana 4 kuuraya nebanga kwaakupisira Mumba iye akumwa poison aripanze imba ichitsva. The husband has impregnated another woman. Two vaburitswa Mumba vangonzi 6yrs and 4 vatswa yet to establish. Murume haasi kuonekwa people hunting for him. Mukadzi now in hospital under police guard. “

According to the above message the woman killed 4 children using a knife and torched the house before consuming poison while outside the burning home. The husband had impregnanted another women. Two of the minors aged 6 and 4 have since been removed from the burning home but they were burnt. The husband is nowhere to be seen and people are looking for him. The woman who committed this heinous crime is currently in hospital under police guard.”
