By Farai D Hove | A Harare Councilor has a written advising that the Minister Of Youth, Sport And Recreation, Kirsty Coventry must be put on sanctions to discourage or stop her from introducing the terror group, famously known as Border Gezi.

The Border Gezi formation, disguised under National Youth Service, has for over 20-years been responsible for mass torture and summary killings since the year 2001.
