By Crime and Courts Reporter-A group of armed robbers stormed a Redan Service Station in Harare, as captured in a CCTV video now circulating on social media.
The masked criminals forced their way into the petrol station’s office, threatening employees and demanding cash.
ZimEye is, however, in the process of establishing the location and the name of the petrol station.
This latest attack adds to the growing wave of violent robberies targeting service stations, businesses, and homes across Harare.
Armed gangs have become increasingly brazen, often using sophisticated weapons and getaway tactics.
Recent high-profile heists include the robbery at a Mukuru money transfer outlet in July and a daring daylight raid on a fuel station along Simon Mazorodze Road in June.
Police have urged the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity.
