Own Correspondent|The body of the late liberation war hero Dumiso Dabengwa has failed to arrive in Bulawayo as expected this Sunday afternoon.

Highly placed sources said that the body was left behind at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg after the casket with the body could not fit into the small cargo unit of the SA Airlink plane.

However from a distance ZimEye.com spotted someone in black who was possibly Dabengwa’s widow Zodwa disembark from the plane crowded by family members and friends.

Thousands of people had gathered at the airport to welcome Dabengwa. The crowd patiently waited for the plane which landed at midday from as early as 7 in the morning.
