Farai Dziva|Controversial Deputy Information Minister Energy Mutodi has stunned all and sundry after claiming ARTUZ leader Obert Masaraure is a school dropout.

Surprisingly Mutodi chose to ignore the state brutality unleashed on a hapless Masaraure – for merely expressing the views of thousands of hard-pressed civil servants.

“This morning I was going through the CV of ARTUZ president Obert Masaraure and I was shocked realising he is a school dropout yet he wants to earn the salary of a chartered accountant,” claimed Mutodi.

Masaraure was brutally assaulted by suspected state security agents for allegedly inciting teachers to protest against the government.
