By Dorrothy Moyo| Following the Bukawayo bomb attack, President Emmerson Mnangagwa was 2days ago questioned on the criteria his administration used to fly out Environment Minister Oppah Muchinguri and Vice President Kembo Mohadi for treatnent to South Africa whike leaving 47 other victims at Mpilo hospital.
