By Own Correspondent- Opposition MDC Nelson Chamisa has called for genuine and sincere dialogue under a credible convener and mediator.

Chamisa said the current crisis in the country does not need games or drama neither does it need false dialogue.

The statement comes following the invitation by President Emmerson Mnangagwa calling all the presidential candidates who contested the just ended harmonised polls.

Said Chamisa:

“GENUINE DIALOGUE NOT GAMES AND DRAMA..

We’ve a political crisis arising out of a disputed and rigged Presidential election result in Zimbabwe. The Presidency is disputed. We need genuine and sincere dialogue under a credible Convener and mediator to solve this crisis. We can’t have false dialogue to cheat and deceive citizens hoodwinking SADC and AU. Stop citizens abuses, beatings and arrests.Release all political prisoners.Decriminalize the MDC members and the MPs.Restore and guarantee all freedoms, rights and dignity of citizens.Guarantee the independence of the judiciary.”
