Farai Dziva|The Zimbabwe Republic Police has banned the “People’s March” scheduled for tomorrow in the ancient city of Masvingo.

Early today brave Masvingo MDC cadres led by Masvingo Provincial Chairman Gumbi mobilized Masvingo residents to join tomorrow’s peaceful march.

However, in the afternoon Masvingo MDC provincial chairperson Gumbi was taken to the Police Law and Order Section for questioning concerning the demo.

Masvingo provincial administrator Mr Peter Chigaba was also summoned by the police.
