Farai Dziva|Controversial Deputy Information Minister, Energy Mutodi has shocked the Twitter community by claiming MDC president Nelson Chamisa is worse than Coronavirus.

Political analysts have described Mutodi’s remarks as a reflection of his pronounced hatred of the youthful MDC leader.

Mutodi also has also claimed government has nothing to do with the MDC’ s factional battles.

Mutodi tweeted:
“No doubt Chamisa is worse than CoronaVirus. Has no respect for constitutionalism and definitely no country can subject itself to a dictator in this modern day and age.”

He added:”His Excellency President ED Mnangagwa has not contracted CoronaVirus as peddled by some misguided elements on the social media.

The Supreme Court is neither captured nor corruptible as alleged by Adv Tendai Biti and Prof. Welshman.”

In response to Mutodi’s comments, MDC SA province spokesperson, Innocent Nsingo said:

“Mutodi’s utterances are dangerous, how can he be so reckless? It is sad to note that Mutodi and his ilk are desperate to blame the people’s leader, Advocate Nelson Chamisa for their own shortcomings.

Zanu PF must concentrate on fighting the deadly Coronavirus, instead of attempting to score political marks at this juncture.”
