The Chinese Embassy in Zimbabwe has refuted racism claims against Africans in China saying those were isolated cases which are being sensationalist while claiming its nationals have been denied medical care in local hospitals while others reported being verbally attacked in the streets.

In a statement released today, the Chinese embassy said the racism reports highlighted by African nationals were isolated cases caused by insufficient communication.
