Ecocash has made an announcement to its customers about new changes to their operations that have seen the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe banning Agent and Merchant lines.

According to an Ecocash announcement, other services outside merchant and agent operations, all other services are working contrary to an earlier communication by information, publicity and Broadcasting services secretary Nick Mangwana whose statement announced a blanket ban of all services.
