By Farai D Hove | SADC countries are not happy with Paul Kagame’s sudden military involvement in the Mozambique terrorism problem, which has seen a Kagame critic exiled there being sprayed with bullets by unidentified gunmen.

This was said by security expert David Otto during a news discussion on the South African broadcaster, SABC.

Otto who did not reveal his sources, spoke concerning the ongoing intervention that has seen soldiers from various countries entering the coastal nation to help combat terrorism in provinces such as Cabo Delgado.

His comments come at a time when Rwanda was criticised for allegedly assassinating a Paul Kagame critic who has been a refugee in Mozambique. VIDEO:
