By A Correspondent- Nurses here have staged a surprise protest at the Nazareth Hospital in Harare.

The demonstration is reportedly currently underway.

Sources at the institution revealed that the health workers are frustrated by the general lack of Covid-19 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Said the source:

“The government is not consistent in addressing our plight and this is frustrating us.”

Efforts to get a comment from an association representing the nurses were futile by the time of writing as their mobile number went unanswered.
