By Jane Mlambo| Opposition MDC President Nelson Chamisa has threatened to proceed with his Hope of the Nation address dubbed The people’s Vision 2020 despite desperate state antics to block his planned action.

Yesterday, police banned a planned MDC gathering that was set for Mai Musodzi hall in Mbare citing depleted workforce due to school opening hive.

But a defiant Chamisa said his party had exhausted all the channels and will not continue respecting the unjustified application of the law against the MDC by the state.

He vowed to proceed with the planned function on Tuesday the 21st of January.

“ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.We’ve exhausted all channels.We can’t continue to be victims of unjust application of the law.Rights are for all.On Tuesday 21st Jan we will deliver the people’s Agenda 2020 to the nation come what may.#peoplesgovernment,” said Chamisa.
