Hwange Colliery Boss In Mysterious Death

By- Hwange community has been plunged into mourning following the sudden death of Hwange Colliery Company Limited (HCCL) managing director, Dr Charles Zinyemba.

He was 59.

Dr Zinyemba collapsed and died at his home in the mining town on Sunday morning and details leading to his death are still sketchy.

Announcing his death to workers in an internal memo, HCCL said: “It is with a heavy heart that we announce the death of our managing director Dr C Zinyemba. Dr Zinyemba passed away in the early hours of Sunday.
“Further information and funeral arrangements will be shared soon. In the meantime, the administration team joins the Zinyemba family, HCCL employees and the entire Hwange community to mourn a pillar in the company and community. May his soul rest in peace.”
A sombre atmosphere swept across Hwange yesterday as workers, business leaders and members of community paid tribute to the late HCCL managing director during a funeral service held at the Colliery Stadium.
Speaker after speaker praised Dr Zinyemba for his transformative dedication towards the company’s turnaround efforts. The company’s administrator, Mr Dale Sibanda, said Dr Zinyemba was a hard worker.
“We appointed him substantive managing director and since that appointment not one day did he disappoint. Dr Zinyemba has been with HCCL for over 10 years.
He knew and had an understanding of HCCL history,” he said.
“He understood clearly where we are now and saw clearly our vision for the future.
He was an integral part of the process to rebuild the company and provided vital guidance to the administration team.
He would use his vast knowledge to shepherd us away from retrogressive moves.”
In 2020, during a tour of Chaba Mine by President Emmerson Mnangagwa, Dr Zinyemba told the President that HCCL was in a state of collapse at the start of administration in October 2018, as creditors were swooping on it through a string of litigations.
Workers had also gone for several months without pay.
Workers who spoke to Business Chronicle expressed shock over Dr Zinyemba’s death and paid tribute to his legacy.
“He was a good man who despite being a medical doctor steered the achievements that we are now experiencing at the colliery,” said Mr Wilfred Teera.
“The turnaround that is currently being experienced is because of his leadership and dedication.
He managed to bring in the equipment including boosting workers welfare.”
Another worker, Mrs Florence Mudenda, said Dr Zinyemba had workers’ wellbeing at heart.
“When the late Dr Zinyemba took the reins even in an acting capacity, changes began to be felt in the company especially amongst workers,” she said.
“One of his goals was workers’ welfare. For the first time after years, we began to get our salaries on time.
From using lorries to go to work he over a short period pushed the purchase of staff buses.”
Workers said Dr Zinyemba’s sudden death took them by surprise and said they will remember his positive impact on the business.
“His death has dealt a blow to his vision.
He was trying his best that we can’t deny,” said Mr Gerald Ndlovu, another worker.
Contacted for comment, Mines Parliamentary Portfolio Committee chairman, Edmond Mkaratigwa, said during his tenure at the helm of HCCL, Dr Zinyemba steered the colliery firm to positive growth.
“We are saddened that we have lost a mining sector veteran and cadre who proved to have been managing to steward his staff and use the available resources to change the course of the ship to positive growth and profitability from negativity and losses,” he said.
“Such leadership was key for Hwange, which required innovation and maximisation in the backdrop of climate change impacts and governance frameworks discouraging its use globally.”
Mr Mkaratigwa said Dr Zinyemba had a listening ear and mastered the art of engaging as he cooperated with key stakeholders while being open to criticism.
Dr Zinyemba was a holder of an Executive Master of Business Administration Degree from the National University of Science and Technology (Nust), MBChB from the University of Zimbabwe and was a full member of the College of Primary Care Physicians of Zimbabwe and an Associate Member of the Institute of Directors of Zimbabwe.
The late Dr Zinyemba has a background in the military where he worked as a medical doctor before being employed by the colliery as its medical services manager.
He was appointed acting managing director in 2018 following the departure of Mr Thomas Makore and the subsequent placing of the company under administration.
Dr Zinyemba was confirmed as the coal mining company’s substantive managing director last year, a position he held to his untimely death. Burial details are yet to be disclosed. Chronicle

Mthuli, Mangudya In Panic Meeting To Save Collapsing Economy

By-President Emerson Mnangagwa’s economic advisors are said to be stretching their heads trying to find new ideas for helping the failing economy.

Finance Minister Mthuli, Ncube is secretary George Guvamatanga and Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe Governor, John Mangudya is said to be holding endless meetings to discuss ways of reviving the economy.

Impeccable sources within the Finance Ministry told ZimEye.com the three have recommended the abandoning of the local currency the the US dollar.

” There is consensus among the three on the reintroduction of the US dollar but the problem is that there are no measures to bank-roll the green buck. The treasury has no Gold reserves to back up the forex should they abandon the local currency and this is the sticking point,” said the impeccable sources.

Soldiers Bash Villagers

Dozens of villagers near Jason Ziyaphapha Moyo Airbase in Chegutu were on Tuesday allegedly assaulted by soldiers reportedly searching for a machete gangster who had assaulted their collegue.
According to pictures seen by NewsDay, the assaulted villagers sustained injuries on their faces, heads, legs and hands.

Some of the assault victims received medical attention at Chegutu General Hospital, according to a medical report in possession of NewsDay.

Contacted for comment, Air Force of Zimbabwe spokesperson Squadron leader Donovan Muroyiwa said he was yet to receive the report, but said an investigation had already been launched to ascertain the claims.

Villagers said the soldiers stormed their homes at around 11pm, inquiring the whereabouts of a machete gangster who had allegedly been involved in an altercation with their colleague.

The soldiers, reportedly armed with guns and knobkerries, damaged doors to gain entry to villagers’ houses. They also stormed a homestead where villagers were attending a funeral and harassed mourners.

“They were beating everyone who professed ignorance of the whereabouts of the alleged gangster,” one villager said, adding they were now living in fear.

“It was around 11pm when a loud bang at the door woke me up. At first, I thought they were thieves until I saw soldiers clad in uniform. They accused us of hiding their suspect.”

Another villager said: “I saw two truckloads of soldiers, who were dropping off at various homesteads, interrogating and assaulting villagers over the whereabouts of a man who injured a soldier with a knife.

“I witnessed the altercation between the soldier and the man. They had a misunderstanding over a woman while drinking beer at a local bar.”

National police spokesperson Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi said he had not yet received the report.

DJ Fantan Bashes Wife

By- Popular Harare music producer, DJ Fantan has been arrested.

National Police Spokesperson, Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi, confirmed the arrest of DJ Fanta for beating up his wife.

He was arrested after his wife, Gamuchirai Nemukunyu, lodged a complaint with the police.

“Yes, DJ Fantan has been arrested over domestic violence and is in police custody,” said Ass Comm Nyathi.
Gamu confirmed the developments to H-Metro last night.
Gamu claimed the Chillspot Records co-proprietor assaulted her and damaged their household property.
“I have suffered enough at the hands of this man. He has been assaulting me, abusing me, destroying our property and I think it’s high time justice takes its course.
“I am at Waterfalls Police at the moment and he has since been detained. They have locked him up. I am not aware of the procedures, regarding when we are going to appear in court.
“But that is my wish because I want him to be stopped from abusing me,” Gamu told H-Metro last night.
Gamu added that she has been suffering emotionally at the hands of Fantan.
She said Fantan ‘locks’ her in the house arguing that she should be a ‘house wife’.
“He doesn’t want me to do my own things, arguing that I should be the house wife only responsible for household chores.
“This is despite the fact that he doesn’t give me money. I have suffered emotional and economic abuse. So, when I challenge all this, he becomes violent, abusing me and destroying property,” she said.
A close family friend told H-Metro that Gamu lodged a complaint a couple days ago and Fantan has been on the run.
“Gamu lodged a complaint some days back.
“The police have been saying they are failing to locate him despite him appearing in public. Fantan used to lock up his wife in the house, assault her and damage property.
“So the police finally acted and he has been detained at Waterfalls Police Station today (yesterday).”
The allegations against Fantan, real name Arnold Kamudyariwa, come despite his involvement in an anti-domestic violence campaign in Mbare.
Fantan went public, condemning domestic violence, urging couples to co-exist peacefully. H Metro

Census Results To Come After 3 Months

Preliminary results of the 2022 population and housing census held last month will be released in August this year, the Zimbabwe National Statistics Agency (ZimStat) has said.

The 2022 population and housing census ran from April 21 to 30, 2022, while a mop-up exercise was completed on May 6, 2022.

ZimStat spokesperson Mercy Chidemo told NewsDay that the 2022 population census had been digitised to enhance quick data processing, which would see the results being released within a shorter period compared to previous years.

“The preliminary results are expected in the next three months, which is in August,” Chidemo said.

“We will have a full report by December. We will do a post-enumeration survey to assess the quality of our data. The process will be made easier by digitalising it. Using the digital system, we are currently detecting errors on demography which will then be verified and rectified by our enumerators. So the three-month period is actually shorter than the three years that it would take to release the results in previous years.”

The 2022 population census was marred by irregularities which included involvement of the members of the security services and Zanu PF youths, as well as delayed payment of enumerators, among others.

Some enumerators claim that they have not yet received their allowances almost two weeks after the exercise.

However, teachers who took part in the process as enumerators told NewsDay that they were paid $320 000 for the 20 days they took part in the census, which is far more than their monthly salaries. -Newsday

Why Formula Milk Should Not Replace Breastfeeding

Formula milk companies are paying social media platforms and influencers to gain direct access to pregnant women and mothers at some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives. The global formula milk industry, valued at some US$ 55 billion, is targeting new mothers with personalized social media content that is often not recognizable as advertising.

A new World Health Organization (WHO) report titled Scope and impact of digital marketing strategies for promoting breast-milk substitutes has outlined the digital marketing techniques designed to influence the decisions new families make on how to feed their babies.

Through tools like apps, virtual support groups or ‘baby-clubs’, paid social media influencers, promotions and competitions and advice forums or services, formula milk companies can buy or collect personal information and send personalized promotions to new pregnant women and mothers.

The report summarizes findings of new research that sampled and analyzed 4 million social media posts about infant feeding published between January and June 2021 using a commercial social listening platform. These posts reached 2.47 billion people and generated more than 12 million likes, shares or comments.

Formula milk companies post content on their social media accounts around 90 times per day, reaching 229 million users; representing three times as many people as are reached by informational posts about breastfeeding from non-commercial accounts.

This pervasive marketing is increasing purchases of breast-milk substitutes and therefore dissuading mothers from breastfeeding exclusively as recommended by WHO.

“The promotion of commercial milk formulas should have been terminated decades ago,” said Dr Francesco Branca, Director of the WHO Nutrition and Food Safety department. “The fact that formula milk companies are now employing even more powerful and insidious marketing techniques to drive up their sales is inexcusable and must be stopped.”

The report compiled evidence from social listening research on public online communications and individual country reports of research that monitors breast-milk substitute promotions, as well as drawing on a recent multi-country study of mothers’ and health professionals’ experiences of formula milk marketing. The studies show how misleading marketing reinforces myths about breastfeeding and breast milk and undermines women’s confidence in their ability to breastfeed successfully.

The proliferation of global digital marketing of formula milk blatantly breaches the International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes (the Code), which was adopted by the 1981 World Health Assembly.

The Code is a landmark public health agreement designed to protect the general public and mothers from aggressive marketing practices by the baby food industry that negatively impact breastfeeding practices.

Despite clear evidence that exclusive and continued breastfeeding are key determinants of improved lifelong health for children, women and communities, far too few children are breastfed as recommended. If current formula milk marketing strategies continue, that proportion could fall still further, boosting companies’ profits.

The fact that these forms of digital marketing can evade scrutiny from national monitoring and health authorities means new approaches to Code-implementing regulation and enforcement are required. Currently, national legislation may be evaded by marketing that originates beyond borders.

WHO has called on the baby food industry to end exploitative formula milk marketing, and on governments to protect new children and families by enacting, monitoring and enforcing laws to end all advertising or other promotion of formula milk products.

Mnangagwa’s Challenger Arrested

By A Correspondent | Police have arrested Sybeth Musengezi, the man who challenged President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s leadership of the ruling Zanu PF party on allegations of using a fraudulent address when he joined Zanu PF in 2012.

Musengezi handed himself over the police yesterday after they invited him for an interview.

According to Musengezi, who filed a High Court application seeking an order for the removal of Mnangagwa from the post of Zanu PF First Secretary, police are being used by the state to force him to drop the case.

Below is the warned and cautioned statement signed by Musengezi

AIRPORT RD CONTRACT: Mnangagwa Says-You Can’t Sue Me In Any Way

AIRPORT ROAD SAGA SETTLED

An application filed by legislator Allan Markham against Aurgur Investments and President Mnangagwa over the transfer of deed of settlement by the City of Harare was yesterday dismissed by the High Court.
Markham who is the applicant together with Tavonga Savings Scheme and Jacob Pikicha were represented by Advocate Eric Matinenga while the respondents who are cited as Augur Investments, Tatiana Aleshina, Michael Van Blerk, City of Harare, Local Government Minister July Moyo, Doorex Properties, Registrar of Deeds and the President of Zimbabwe. First to ninth respondents were being represented by Advocate Tawanda Zhuwarara.

According to State papers, on May 30, 2008 Aurgur Investments entered into a written contract with the City of Harare and according to terms of the contract, Augur was to construct Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo Road (Airport Road). It is said 90 percent of the construction costs would be paid in the form of land while 10 percent would be paid in cash.

The papers indicate that upon satisfaction of the consulting engineers, the City of Harare would instruct conveyancers to transfer land to Augur for work done.

Harare City Council however abruptly cancelled the agreement and this prompted Augur to demand a penalty payment of 35 percent of the value of the land supplied as a penalty fee.

Augur’s position was that it is entitled to a 35 percent termination fee and it sued under HC 598/17 demanding 35 percent termination fee.

The 35 percent termination fee was identified as Stand 654 Pomona Township, Harare, measuring 40,665 hectares in extent.

Augur instituted arbitration proceedings seeking that it be declared the owner of Stand 654 Pomona Township, Harare and that the City of Harare and the Minister of Local Government, Public Works & National Housing be directed to sign all documents to enable transfer to Augur of Stand 654 Pomona Township, Harare. The judge entered an award of US$3 million in Augur’s favour.

However, the City of Harare challenged the arbitral award, but Augur appealed the decision and the parties settled the dispute in the form of deed of settlement.

It was this deed of settlement that was challenged by Markham and other applicants. They argued that the deed of settlement should be declared null and void.

The applicants then also sued President Mnangagwa in violation of Rule 18 of the High Court Rules, 1971. The rule was in existence when the suit was filed.

The rule reads: “No summons or other civil process of the court may be issued out against the President or against any of the judges of the High Court without the leave of the court granted on a court application being made for that purpose.”

Advocate Zhuwarara challenged Markham and others saying for them to sue the President or any of the judges of the court they must apply and seek leave of the court to sue any of those public officials.

The applicants concede that they sued the President without having obtained leave of the court to do so. They submitted orally that there is a difference between citing the President in his personal capacity and citing him in his nominal capacity.

However, Justice David Mangota in a judgement yesterday ruled that the respondents had no authority to sue the respondents.

The judge said the applicants sued President Mnangagwa in violation of rule 18 of the high court rules.

The rule says no summons or other civil processes of the court may be issued against the President or against any of the judges of the High Court without the leave of the court granted on a court application being made for that purpose.

“The respondents succeed in all the three in limine matters which they raised. They showed that the application which sued the President of zimbabwe without leave of the court is fatally defective and cannot therefore stand. They showed further that the applicants lacked the locus standi to sue the respondents and that the suit which was brought against them was fraught with material disputes of fact which cannot be resolved on the papers. The application is therefore dismissed with costs,” ruled Justice Mangota.

Advocate Zhuwarara had challenged the applicants saying they do not qualify or locus standi to sue the respondents.

Justice Mangota concurred with Advocate Zhuwarara saying the locus is not established by argument as Markham seeking to do.

Locus manifests itself from an effortless reading of the founding papers of the plaintiff in an action, or the applicant in motion, proceedings. It is a logical consequence of the cause of action of the plaintiff or the applicant against the defendant or the respondent,” JusticeMangota ruled.

He said he was satisfied that applicants who are total strangers to the respondents do not have the requisite locus to sue the latter.

He further ruled that their suit is akin to a leap into the dark, so to speak. It hanged on nothing. It was therefore completely devoid of merit.

The judge further said they should have realized that the serious allegations which they levelled against the respondents would seriously be contested by the latter. – State Media Additional reporting

Mahere Says Zimbabwe Shut For Business

Opposition Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) party yesterday accused President Emmerson Mnangagwa of “shutting off” the country to business through chaotic anti-economic measures.

Fadzayi Mahere

Addressing a Press conference in Harare yesterday, CCC spokesperson Fadzayi Mahere said the cocktail of measures announced by Mnangagwa on Saturday had caused bloodbath in business corridors.

“His mantra when he got into power was ‘Zimbabwe is open for business’, but Mnangagwa has effectively closed the country for business. Most commercial actors have already warned that the lending freeze would hurt Zimbabwe’s already fragile economy,” Mahere said.

“Mnangagwa did not produce any facts or figures to justify the lending ban. This has created fresh uncertainty to the already uncertain economy.”

Mnangagwa on Saturday directed banks to stop lending, among other measures aimed at controlling the galloping exchange rate and arresting the continued fall of the local currency.

The stabilisation measures have attracted widespread criticism from business and industry, with legal experts saying they were a legal nullity.

“What Mnangagwa demonstrated is that he has no care whatsoever for the welfare of citizens. He is not in touch with the reality of commerce in Zimbabwe. What we need to solve the entirety of these problems is to ensure that we install a government that serves the people and not just a few,” Mahere said.

“The measures can be best described as an assault on trade, an assault on commerce which will obviously be felt the most by the ordinary citizen on the street.”

The outspoken opposition information tsar said through his Saturday nocturnal policies, Mnangagwa had usurped the Constitution.

“There is simply no law that allows even the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe to suspend all lending, to interfere with private contracts, to interfere with commerce to the point of hampering and halting all business activities,” Mahere said.

The Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce has also shredded Mnangagwa’s economic stabilisation measures as unworkable. –Newsday

Man Steals $1 mln From Civil Servants

A man from Bulawayo’s Pelandaba suburb is on the run after defrauding scores of civil servants of more than $1 million in undelivered household and electrical goods.
Munyaradzi Mundingi (38) was allegedly targeting civil servants via WhatsApp groups claiming he owned a company that supplied goods on credit.

Bulawayo police spokesperson Assistant Inspector Nomalanga Msebele said it later turned out that the company did not exist.

“The accused person is the owner of a bogus company named Pro-Plus Africa Investments which is currently operating as a credit facility company offering credit facilities to unsuspecting people in and around Zimbabwe. On numerous occasions the accused person would approach his victims through the country where he would offer them credit facilities to purchase electrical gadgets and household implements like solar panels, inverters and batteries among other things,” said Asst Insp Msebele.

“The accused would also fish his victims via a WhatsApp platform called News Report 789 where he would post advertisements of the so-called products he purported to be offering on credit and the terms and conditions there off applying for one to qualify to benefit from the credit facility.”

She said Mundingi would process documentation and ensure that the civil servants salaries were deducted to his account by the Salary Service Bureau (SSB).

Asst Insp Msebele said the victims only discovered that they had been duped when their products were not being delivered.

“Deductions will be effected on the victim’s salaries through SSB into the accused person’s account. Thereafter, the victims would wait for their goods which would be according to the terms and conditions supposed to be delivered soon after the first instalment having been deducted but the accused would never deliver the goods,” said Insp Msebele.

“As a result of this cunning and fraudulent act the accused has swindled more than 100 victims of their hard-earned money cash worth millions of Zimbabwean dollars. On discovering that they had been duped by this accused person many victims have since filed reports with the police. Investigations have been carried out by the police only to discover that this company called Pro-Plus is non-existent in the companies registry records however, it is operating as a shadow company of Red Sphere which is duly registered.”

She said Mundingi can longer be located and police are seeking information from the public that will result in his arrest.

Asst Insp Msebele said those with information that may lead to his arrest can report to their nearest police station or police Commercial Crimes Division Southern Region on landline 0292-278615. -Chronicle

By-A video of Zanu PF activists attacking former Chitungwiza mayor and CCC member Lovemore Maiko with rocks has gone viral on social media.

Maiko was elected councillor for Ward 7, Chitungwiza Municipality in a by-election held last weekend.

He garnered 975 votes against Zanu PF candidate Charamba Mlambo’s 394 votes and Bothwell Patsika of the MDC Alliance who won 22 votes.

Borrowdale Brooke Residents “Evict” Wadyajena

By-Residents of Borrowdale have raised concern about Zanu PF MP for Gokwe-Nembudziya MP, Justice Mayor Wadyajena who is making noise with his sports car in the leafy suburb.

Borrowdale Brooke Golf Estate Chairman, Shingi Munyeza has written a letter of disapproval to Wadyajena after residents were reportedly woken up with terrified pets yelping because of the noise.

In his letter to Wadyajena, Munyeza said the parliamentarian is entitled to have the type of car which makes the noise he wants but he should not ignore community rules as set out in the Borrowdale Brooke Home Owners Association Rule Book. The letter read:

VEHICLE NOISE IN THE ESTATE AFTER MIDNIGHT ON 11 TH MAY 2022

ED Economic Advisors In Panic Meetings As Economy Collapses

By-President Emerson Mnangagwa’s economic advisors are said to be stretching their heads trying to find new ideas of arresting inflation.

Finance Minister Mthuli Ncube, his secretary George Guvamatanga and Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe Governor, John Mangudya are said to be holding endless meetings to discuss possible ways of curbing the inflation.

Impeccable sources within the Finance Ministry told ZimEye.com the three have recommended the abandoning of the local currency the US dollar as the only solution.

” There is consensus among the three on the reintroduction of the US dollar but the problem is that there are no measures to bank-roll the green buck. The treasury has no Gold reserves to back up the forex should they abandon the local currency and this is the sticking point,” said the impeccable sources.

Hwange Colliery Mine Boss Collapses, Dies

Chronicle

Zanu PF Takes Over Herald House

10-05-2022

By Stephen Sarkozy Chuma

Next month one of the country’s oldest daily publications, The Herald will turn 131 on 27 June.

For all its 131 years of existence, The Herald has learnt nothing about free, fair and credible ethics of journalism.

The way the newspaper reports on opposition officials particularly those from CCC, one will be forgiven to think The Herald is published at ZANU PF headquarters.

A Colonial Legacy

It is crystal clear that The Herald has learnt everything and forgotten nothing from its days as The Rhodesian Herald. A culture of planting hatred among citizens, misinformation, malinformation and misogyny underlines the publication’s reportage.

Simply put the publication has made negative framing CCC officials its daily business.

The Herald and Malinformation and Misinformation

Malinformation is giving information that is mearnt to tarnish someone’s image while misinformation means giving false information.

The Herald has perfected the art of the misinformation and malinformation!

Today the publication carried a story attacking CCC youth leader, Cecillia Chimbiri describing her as “uncouth”. True to form, they also misinformed the nation that Chimbiri was humilited at a youth symposium held yesterday in the capital.

Shockingly, the journalist who wrote the story turned a blind eye on the humiliation of ZANU PF youth leader, Taurai Kundishaya who was castigated by youths for calling for invasion of Hopewell Chin’ono’s goat farm.

This month marks exactly 2 years after Chimbiri, Joana Mamombe and Netsai Marova were abducted from police custody. The trio were only found days later, tortured, sexually abused and in bad state at Muchapondwa shops in Bindura South.

Since then, there has been a sustained attack by The Herald on the CCC trio.

In one of their stories, the publication had a screaming blue lie of a headline misinforming the nation that the trio said they were never abducted.

The Herald has already tried, sentenced and hanged Chimbiri, Mamombe and Marova even before conclusion of their trial by the courts of law.

Ideally public media should advance for protection of citizens’ rights but alas, The Herald condone abduction and torture.

It is now a misnomer to refer to The Herald and ZBC as public media because ZANU PF interests are not public interests.

The Herald is an antithesis responsible journalism!

Yaya Toure For Spurs Coaching Job?

Yaya Toure is set to hold talks with Tottenham this month over the possibility of a coaching role at the club.

Toure, 38, who retired from professional football in 2020, has been working towards his coaching badges with Spurs’ Under-18s since December, under the supervision of academy manager Dean Rastrick, head of coaching Chris Powell and coach Stuart Lewis.

According to the Evening Standard, a UK newspaper, the club was impressed by the performance of the Ivorian with the junior teams.

And with his UEFA A licence almost done, Toure is seeking a full-time position, with the North London side considering offering him a role on the coaching staff.

The former Barcelona midfielder has previously held coaching positions at Ukrainian club Olimpik Donetsk and Russian side Akhmat Grozny, leaving the latter in June.

Meanwhile, the 38-year-old has also had a coaching offer from Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta this season, with the pair knowing each other from their Man City days.

Arteta said earlier this year : “He has my number because we’ve spent some years together at City. He is a player I appreciate a lot so he can call me and ask me the question.- Soccer24 Zimbabwe

Lyon Owes Kadewere € 200 000

Lyon have been accused of not paying Tinotenda Kadewere’s wages in full during the time the striker was nursing a injury in October.

The Zimbabwean spent over a month on the sidelines with a leg problem and during this time, the club did not pay his dues in full.

According to French outlet, L’Équipe, as cited by GFFN, Lyon owed Kadewere over €200,000 in unpaid wages and this partly affected the striker’s performance this season.

The 26-year-old has scored one goal in the fifteen games that he has featured in this term.

The publication adds that the situation was eventually resolved and the player was paid his outstanding balance after a lengthy delay.

The slump in form, coupled with this episode of unpaid wages, has brought a belief that he is now on his way out of the club at the end of the season.

A separate report earlier this week claimed that Kadewere is not in coach Peter Bosz’s plans for the next campaign and the club has set an €8m price tag for the striker, who joined Les Gones from Ligue 2 side Le Havre for a reported €15m in 2019.- Soccer24 Zimbabwe

Coutinho To Stay At Aston Villa

Barcelona are about to reach an agreement for the sale of Philippe Coutinho to Aston Villa.

Coutinho moved to Villa in the January transfer window on a six-month loan deal that included an optional purchase clause of €40mn ($42.2mn). However, due to the urgent need to raise money through player sales, though, Barca’s hands have been forced into selling the Brazilian for €15-20 million.

This of course represents a significant loss to the Catalans who want to get his salary off the wage bill.

Villa coach Steven Gerrard insists he still wants to keep Coutinho.

“We want Coutinho here,” Gerrard said in a recent press conference.

The Brazilian has largely impressed on loan at the EPL side, but recently his influence on games has dried up while he has failed to register a single goal contribution in the last eight games.- Soccer24 Zimbabwe

Fortunate Liverpool Edge Battling Aston Villa

Sadio Mane’s superb second-half header put Liverpool level on points with leaders Manchester City as Jurgen Klopp’s side came from behind to claim a crucial 2-1 win over Aston Villa.

Douglas Luiz put Villa ahead on three minutes when he finished at the second attempt after Alisson had parried his initial header.

But Liverpool levelled three minutes later through Joel Matip, who swept in from Virgil van Dijk’s pass after the home side could not clear a free-kick.

Liverpool lost Fabinho to injury on the half-hour while Villa went close again when Philippe Coutinho shot narrowly over against his former side.

The winner came on 65 minutes when Mane cleverly diverted Luis Diaz’s cross into the back of the net for his 15th PL goal of the season.

Liverpool join Man City on 86 points ahead of City’s match with Wolverhampton Wanderers on Wednesday. A first defeat in four keeps Villa 11th with 43 points.- Premier League

Formula Milk A Threat To Breastfeeding

JUST IN- Those Are Just Occupational Hazards, ZANU PF Rubs Off Blessed Mhlanga

By A Correspondent | With a long history of deploying violent youths to pose as police officers, Emmerson Mnangagwa’s party, ZANU PF on Wednesday welcomed persecuted journo, Blessed Mhlanga by telling him that he a few days ago suffered mere occupational hazards.

Mhlanga was violently attacked and arrested by a police officer in Chitungwiza during the just ended bi election exercises there.

Greeting Mhlanga during the party’s press conference, its director of information Tafadzwa Mugwadi said:

“Thank you very much cde PC for the overview, this time it’s that opportunity where we engage …our comrades from the media to engage you constructively on issues that you have raised before them and that process is very important because it allows you to engage you on the material issues leading to your conference so that they will not write about factionalism they have never seen or distort your message… the same goes to the national PC.

“So our colleagues the opportunity is yours and I must thank Blessed Mhlanga, welcome from a 2 day sabbatical. Those are occupational hazards and I am sure you are stronger than that.”

Nyika Inovakwa Nevene Vayo: Are Matabeles Co-owners Of Zimbabwe?

It is of utimost importance for Matabeles to comprehend the true meaning of deceptive catchy phrases coined by the dubious Shona supremacist government of Zimbabwe and ZANUPF since the days of the Zimbabwe struggle. Failing to do so may result in a political catastrophe on the part of Matabeles.

“Nyaka inovakwa nevene vayo”, loosely translated as “a country is built by its owners”, is the latest catchy phrase that is parroted ad nauseam by the government of Zimbabwe. Who are the owners of Zimbabwe? Are Matabeles owners of Zimbabwe, who is fooling who?

To save innocent Matabele lives from genocide and perpetual tribal oppression under the Shona supremacist government of Zimbabwe, it is our duty to shine the spotlight on all deceptive political manoeuvres and language by our oppressors which are a danger to Matabele people.

Before we go any further, the above catchy phrase should be dismissed with the contempt it deserves as it is misplaced and misleading. It is nothing but hot air. No one can own a country. One can only be a citizen of a country which places them in a position of being a stake holder.

It boggles the mind as to why and how a group of Hutus, chased away from their original country, Burundi, for practicing witchcraft, theft and corruption, can settle in a country in Southern Africa and claim to be its owners. BIG NO! Shona people are what we can term as very destructive stakeholders/citizens of Zimbabwe. If you ask us, they are as destructive as a swam of locusts that have invaded a maize field.

You want an example? Look no further than Zimbabwe a country that they inherited from Rhodesias in 1980. Politicians and business tycoons around the world described it as the jam or bread basket of Africa. It was second only  to South Africa in terms of wealth.

Within 42 years under the Shona supremacist government, it has become a failed state without its own currency and saddled with a agrowing dept of over US$ 33 billion. It has been reduced to a basket case and beggar state of Africa.

With an economy which is forever on the downward slope, it is deserted by its own citizens. Even the Shonas who claim to be the proud owners of Zimbabwe are fleeing in their numbers to become an economic burden in the neighbouring countries.

This is mainly due to theft, corruption and witchcraft which is in the DNA of the Shona people. The Shona supremacist government of Zimbabwe rules the country based on grudges, emotions, tribalism/racism and hatred of minorities. Thanks to the ever angry and vengeful Shona supremacist government of Zimbabwe, the whites have fled the country. Their farms and properties have been grabbed by greedy, selfish and self entitled Shona supremacist.

Whites are undeniably important stakeholders that have contributed immensely in the building of Zimbabwe. As they were forced to flee Zimbabwe, they left with their valuable knowledge, economic skills and money needed to build Zimbabwe. Only a clueless nation builder would chase away such valuable knowledge, experience and economic skills. The end result is a Zimbabwe which falling apart.

Matabeles are unwanted stakeholders in Zimbabwe. At best, the Shona supremacist government of Zimbabwe and majority Shona people surrounding Matabeles want to see them suffering, at worst they wish them dead.

An attempt to annihilate the whole Matabele nation was made through Matabeleland genocide. More than 40 000 innocent Matabele civilians including women and children were dastardly murdered by the Zimbabwe National Army 5th Brigade, Central Intelligence Organisation, Zimbabwe Republic Police Support Unit and ZANUPF Youth Brigade at the behest of the Zimbabwe government.

The genocide continues in a subtle form as survivors of the genocide are tribally segregated politically, economically and socially. Their culture, language, identity and dignity is murdered on a daily basis.

Zimbabwe being a hostile and dangerous environment for Matabeles to live in, Matabeles have taken a final decision to breakaway from Zimbabwe to restore the statehood of Matabeleland that would join the family of nations as the The Republic of Matabeleland.
Matabeles are not leaving Zimbabwe empty handed. They are taking with them a big chunk of fertile land that is Matabeleland territory totalling 45 749 680 acres.

They are taking away three big cities, that is Bulawayo, the capital City of Matabeleland and the second biggest city in Zimbabwe and all its industries, as well as Gweru and the mining City of Kwekwe.
Matabeleland houses three biggest gold mines, that is, Vhumbachigwe Mine in Gwanda, Turk Mine in Nyathi and How Mine in Bulawayo. These three mines contribute 60% of gold out put in Zimbabwe. Other small mines scattered around Matabeleland contribute 20% more which makes it 80% gold out put that Matabeleland gold mines contribute to Zimbabwe gold out put.

We have diamond and uranium mines along the Great Dyk, iron ore at ZISCO Steel in Kwekwe.  In the resort industry we have the famous Victoria Falls, Wange National Park, Matopos National Park and Kariba Dam which also doubles as an electricity generator.

All the busiest border posts are in Matabeleland. That is, Beitbridge border post between The Republic of Matabeleland and South Africa that makes over US$ 2 million a day and Plumtree Border Post between The Republic of Matabeleland and  Botswana.

Two border posts between The Republic of Matabeleland and Zimbabwe, Mgiqika and Mgandane, are of great interest as they have a pontential of becoming the second and third busiest ports of entry after Beitbridge border post.

That is just to mention a few main money spinning businesses in Matabeleland. Without any doubt, in the near future, Zimbabwe would be without Matabeleland and the above mentioned wealth and more that is not in the list.

Only a very poor, destructive and clueless nation builder would drive out such huge amounts of wealth and manpower. The Shona supremacists have only themselves to blame for dismembering and dismantling Zimbabwe bit by bit since 1980.

Matabeles must understand that they are not owners of Zimbabwe referred to in this catchy phrase “Nyika inovakwa nevene vayo”.

The people who are referred to here are those who occupy highest positions in government, private and public sector, in the army, police, intelligence and correctional service and those are Shona people. We should learn from Matabeles who trusted the Shona supremacists and made a fatal mistake of believing in another misleading catchy phrase, “we demand majority rule in Zimbabwe”.

During the Zimbabwe struggle, they were misled into thinking that “majority” referred to every black Zimbabwean only to learn the hard way later when they were murdered through Matabele genocide and reminded that they were not Zimbabweans.

Can the Shona people who have failed to build anything in the last 42 years, can the Shona people who have gained popularity in the world for mass destruction of lives, economy and their own country due to the DNA of theft, corruption and witchcraft, lead or manage the rebuilding of Zimbabwe?

Those who believe that the destructive Shona supremacist government of Zimbabwe and its followers can build anything can also believe that the late President Mugabe will rule Zimbabwe from the grave and build it. What you are likely to see is the creation of more and more empty catchy phrases. Building a short sentence is one thing and building a nation is another.

“Nyika inopwanywa nevene vayo” ( a country is crushed by its owners), is the correct catchy phrase that applies in Zimbabwe.

July Moyo Under Spotlight Over Devolution Funds

By A Correspondent- Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) Manicaland chairperson, Proper Mutseyami has accused local government minister July Moyo of abusing devolution funds.

Mutseyami said Moyo was deliberately delaying the disbursement of the funds to local authorities so as he can keep embezzling the money.

The Dangamvura-Chikanga legislator said this during a constituency indaba recently convened by the Zimbabwe Coalition on Debt and Development (ZIMCODD) in Mutare.

The Indaba brought together councillors and residents in Dangamvura-Chikanga constituency to discuss devolution and road rehabilitation.

During the Indaba residents expressed deep concern over poor workmanship on the roads that were recently upgraded in the border town, some of which have been marred by potholes within a short space of time.

“Minister (July Moyo) is deliberately delaying the enactment of a devolution enabling Act so that they use that legal gap to keep abusing funds. The problem with devolution right now is that there is no Act which enables the law enshrined in the constitution to be implemented. Devolution is just a mere talk because there is no an enabling Act,” Mutseyami said.

He noted that most devolution funds that are being disbursed especially for road rehabilitation are being abused as contractors are normally roped in without following proper tender procedures.

Amongst members of parliament there is a view that devolution funds are not properly utilised in the designated provinces. These funds must be used to embark on big projects like building new roads, hospitals and schools.

“Ministry determines how these funds may be used without involvement of councillors. Councillors will be just told that there is a certain company that has come to spruce up roads yet these must go through a tender,” said Mutseyami.

He added: “A few people determine the company to construct roads yet those companies do not have adequate equipment to perform such a job. For example if you look at Jeff road, it was commissioned in March but it now has got a lot of potholes.”

Mutseyami further urged Moyo to urgently come up with an enabling Act in order to strictly monitor the allocation of devolution funds.

“This country voted for councillors who are supposed to form a provincial council in 2018. Up to now those provincial councillors have not started working and constituted, yet they are being paid every month.

“The minister is responsible for facilitating so that we have that Act. That is why we have an outcry of devolution funds because we have a legal grey area,” he said.

Large sums of money have been disbursed country-wide by government since President Emmerson Mnangagwa took over in 2017. All these funds have been disbursed without legal monitoring or evaluation structures in place.

July Moyo Under Fire Over Devolution Funds

CITIZENS Coalition for Change (CCC) Manicaland chairperson, Proper Mutseyami has accused local government minister July Moyo of abusing devolution funds.

Mavaza: Zimbabwe Economy Under Attack

By Dr Masimba Mavaza| Zimbabwe is facing acts by several political camps harassing the reputation of the country and the ruling ZANU PF.

This is more so usually during electoral campaigns. Smear campaigns are a commonly used tactic but in the case of Zimbabwe the tactics are damaging the country’s economy forever.

The economy of Zimbabwe mainly relies on its tertiary industry, which makes up to 60% of the total GDP as of 202.. Zimbabwe has the second biggest informal economy as a share of its economy, which has a score of 60.6%. Agriculture and mining largely contribute to exports. But with sabotage, Zimbabwe is getting from regime change campaigners, the economy is now limping.

Soon after the new dispensation took over Zimbabwe’s economy was projected to grow by 6 percent in 2021 after a cumulative contraction of 11 percent in 2019 and 2020 due to the combined effects of COVID-19, Cyclone Idai and protracted drought and weakened policy buffers, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) said.
The economy rebounded in 2021 as was projected. This was driven by recovery of agriculture and industry and relative stabilization of prices and exchange rates. GDP is estimated to have grown by 5.8% in 2021 after contracting by 6.2% in 2020.

Agriculture is the backbone of Zimbabwe’s economy as Zimbabweans remain largely a rural people who derive their livelihood from agriculture and other related rural economic activities. The government has taken to complete the land distribution.

Some of the major industries include the likes of mining, cement, clothing and footwear, wood products, and a few others. Agriculture is also a significant contributor with a contribution of around 20.3% of the total GDP. The economic situation in Zimbabwe is bright but now under attack. The Economic History of Zimbabwe began with the transition to majority rule in 1980 and Britain’s ceremonial granting of independence. The new government under Prime Minister Robert Mugabe promoted socialism, partially relying on international aid. The new regime inherited one of the most structurally developed economies and effective state systems in Africa. In 2000, the government imposed a land reform program to share the land and correct the colonial imbalances.

In the beginning diverse constituencies that resist, undermine, or are otherwise immune to inauthentic principles and practices are actively participating in a one-world systemic conventional society of derailing the benefits we have gained since the beginning of the new dispensation. Be they apolitical, CCC, alterglobalizing anarchists, unemployed youth being paid to destabilise or murderous opposition gang members; they all have much in common. First, they deem conventional society to be utterly disingenuous.

Second, they are in the process of solidifying and constructing authentic alternative communities on the margins of conventional society. ED and Zimbabwe are facing serious attacks by both Zimbabweans and foreigner regardless of their geographic location, as their elusiveness and self-imposed exile enables them to lead highly rewarding, migratory, politically engaged, libertine lifestyles.

These people demonstrate a willingness to use a variety of destructive tactics to resist coercive institutions attempting. The opposition through CCC and civic organisations to bring down the economy of Zimbabwe often use similarly coercive means such as physical force or judicial institutions if and when necessary. If they fail they then request some serious economic strangulation.
The actions of the opposition are deliberate destruction of property or slowing down of work with the intention of damaging business or economic system or weakening a government or nation. The Zimbabwean people are under attack not only from foreign sabotage but now from some members of their own posing as the opposition.

The most basic function of government is to protect the people and their property. So the threat of disturbances and shutdowns must be dealt with effectively. Our intelligence and law enforcement community have been abused in the name of democracy.

If the shutdowns are done we will be in a recession that will result in millions of Zimbabweans losing their jobs and plunging the nation into serious hardships. Or we may not be lucky and have a deepening of the recession with a long, slow turnaround.

Since economic science is not sufficiently developed to forecast the future with much certainty, the responsible policymaker takes action to remove as many impediments to economic growth as possible.
THE sharp decline in the value of the Zimbabwean dollar is a result of a sustained onslaught on the currency by economic saboteurs.

The government must identify and severely punish the economic saboteurs who are fueling inflation through manipulating the exchange rate on the black market. It must not matter if the saboteurs claim to be close to the president or being in yellow. The law must be applied to save our economy. The idea of the opposition is to starve the nation to rebellion. They can not win in any election so they now attack the economy.

The saboteurs have made the black-market exchange rate to widened to US$1: ZW$350 to US$1: ZW$400 over the past week, with prices of basic goods and services increasing correspondingly. This is an attack on the nation and on our economy. “What we have is just a currency attack by saboteurs. The determination of the currency is determined by fundamentals that are in place. We need to find out who is sabotaging the currency,” minister Chiduwa said.

I. Order to push the country under the bus Biti and CCC have pushed for US dollar. In his words Biti said “It works. It worked during the government of national unity,” The plan is to remove the economic power the Zimbabwean government and place the economic power in the owners of the currency. Clearly meaning that America will be in full control of the flow of money in Zimbabwe. The cry for the US dollar is just to weaken the country. “We cannot run a country with a currency that is not ours. What the Honourable member (Biti) is saying does not work. We are going to make it work with the Zimbabwean dollar.” The minister responded to Biti. Current events in Zimbabwe show that while a week may be a long time in politics, it is really a very short blink of an eye in economics. Zimbabweans on the streets of Harare and Bulawayo may be hopeful for political change, but they are much more sanguine and realistic when it comes to improving the country’s economy.

It takes years to wreck economies and usually even longer to repair them. So the opposition and their handlers are putting Zimbabwe in a precarious position. They do not want anything in Zimbabwe to succeed.

ZANU PF and President Emmerson Mnangagwa are able to take Zimbabwe’s economy off life support and at least start to put it on the road to recovery.

This is very possible.ED has made the economy to grow in 2021. While some people are very sceptical that a quick solution is even feasible ED will surely deliver amidst the negative narrative. This careless talk is meant turn people against Zimbabwe.

The euphoria that has gripped the nation has certainly raised hopes that the future will be brighter, but if that improved sentiment is to deliver economic dividends, the government needs to make some drastic reforms.

We need to explore the challenges and solutions experienced within Zimbabwe’s economic and social spheres,
including reviews of agricultural subsidies, a gendered approach to poverty, the collapse of service delivery (including a particular focus on education), the “look East policy”, the expansion of the religious sector, and the experiences of Zimbabwean migrants in South Africa. Underlying these contributions are the concepts of resilience and agency.
The stunned citizen can clearly recognize the devastation inflicted on life and property from such evil people who pride in destroying our economy. Power in the hands of saboteurs can wreak havoc. The damage, both seen and unseen, is apparent to all.

The physical destruction of the infrastructure due to lack of foreign currency, the demise of businesses and loss of properties from the onslaught of the below the belt punch, the loss of both electrical power and the water itself are immediately discernible. Also recognized are the losses of future recreational activities, irrigation water for agriculture, and a low-cost source of electrical energy. The impact of the saboteur’s in terms of capital destruction and a lower material well being for many people angers all who read or hear of such a cruel act.

A public debate on the merits of shutdowns would be a discussion reserved for madmen. The harm from such sabotage is directly related to the shutdowns and bad mouthing of one’s country. A universal condemnation of terrorism inevitably results because the devastation is so clearly recognized. So economic sabotage is as good as terrorism. The opposition always engage in the economic sabotage by political manipulation.

The problem arises not from an abandonment of common sense but instead from a failure to grasp the destructive consequences that the opposition time bomb” can impose on life and property. If the economic consequences of shutdowns could be as clear and direct as the damage from an exploding bomb, no problem would exist. The great tragedy, however, is that the effects of this latter bomb are rarely that clear. And whether this sabotage is an act of evil or ignorance is irrelevant, for it in no way alters the outcome. The result of sabotage, intentional or misguided, is always the same—devastation of life and property.

So it is a cost of production that will have to be covered by higher prices if the additional production is to be undertaken. The final result is a lower standard of living as the cost of living increases and productive activity declines.
The devastation to life and property from the destruction of the economy will be visible to all. The evil of such sabotage could be clearly seen. The unseen destruction of future prosperity by the political consumption of this wealth is every bit as devastating to our lives and property as the terrorist’s bomb. But to see it requires an understanding of the economic forces in the marketplace that direct our lives.

An understanding of all of the economic consequences, both seen and unseen, is vital if we are to guard ourselves from this second kind of sabotage.
As Zimbabweans let us say No to destructive industrial actions.

Chamisa Welcomes “Rotten Apple” Khupe Into CCC- So MDC Rot Continues Guaranteed

By Patrick Guramatunhu- “Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) leader Nelson Chamisa yesterday welcomed Thokozani Khupe saying the opposition party wanted to work with everyone to unseat Zanu-PF,” reported News Day.

“I know that people complain that Khupe caused a lot of problems for us but we say, Khupe come; and everybody else. The difference between CCC and Zanu-PF is that CCC represents the future and Zanu-PF the past,” Chamisa said.

It was none other than Chamisa himself who called “bad apples” Madam Khupe and all those who had remained in the MDC-T after the March 2020 High Court ruling stripping of him the party leadership. “Thank you, Zanu PF, for helping us identify and get rid of bad apples!” He said when he launched CCC in January 2022, hardly three months ago!

So, three months later, Chamisa has already forgiven and/or forgotten Khupe was a bad apple! Either the accusation was frivolous, and one has to question the intellectual prowess of the accuser.

Or Khupe is indeed a bad apple and in his desperate bid to win power Chamisa is welcoming her back in CCC. MDC’s pathetic track record bespeaks of a party of corrupt and breathtakingly incompetent individuals, truck load of rotten apples. Both Khupe and Chamisa have been senior party leaders and have played their part is the said pathetic track record.

So, is it just a matter of Nelson Chamisa, rotten apple in his own right, welcoming back  fellow rotten apple, Dr Khupe!

“Zanu-PF is a minority. The majority are the citizens. Why would you continue to vote for a party that has made you suffer since 1980? They stole the votes from Father Zimbabwe Joshua Nkomo in 1980…and all those other years and they want to come back again in 2023 to steal the votes,” continued Chamisa.

“This time it will not happen.

“CCC is a small baby and only 3 months old but fighting a big old man and we managed to beat him in the recent elections.”

How naïve!

The overwhelming majority of the CCC candidates in the 26 March and 7 May 2022 by elections had won these seats in the 2018 elections under the MDC A led by Nelson Chamisa ticket. They were recalled for refusing to switch allegiance to either Madam Khupe or Douglas Mwonzora when 2020 High Court ruling stripping party leadership from Chamisa.

CCC is the rebranded version of MDC A and it is farcical to pretend otherwise! The only reason Chamisa and company are keen as mustard to severe all connections with their MDC past is because their don’t want their track record of failures and betrayal to follow them.

MDC had many golden opportunities, especially during the 2008 to 2013 GNU, to implement the democratic reforms and stop Zanu PF rigging elections once and once for all. To add insult to injury, MDC/CCC has insisted on participating in these flawed elections giving Zanu PF legitimacy and thus perpetuating the dictatorship.

“MDC A has stringent measures to stop Zanu PF rigging the elections!” Chamisa said, to justify participating in the 2018 elections with no reforms.

“This time it will not happen!” Of course, this is just another feeble excuse to justify participating in the 2023 elections to give Zanu PF legitimacy!

There will be no meaningful economic and political changes in Zimbabwe as long as Zimbabwe remains a pariah state ruled by this corrupt, incompetent and vote rigging Zanu PF dictatorship.

Since the 2008 to 2013 GNU Zanu PF has twinged the dictatorship to allow the opposition to win a few seats to create the impression Zimbabwe is now a healthy multiparty democracy. MDC/CCC have participated in these flawed elections giving Zanu PF the legitimacy in return for a few gravy train seats.

The Zanu PF and MDC/CCC political partnership is well established, there is no stopping the two participating in the 2023 elections. What we can do is make sure the process is seen by all for what it is, a flawed and illegal process, and condemned.

Declaring the 2023 elections null and void will give Zimbabwe the golden opportunity to appoint an interim government, comparable to the 2008 to 2013 GNU. This time, competent men and women will be appointed to ensure all the democratic reforms are implemented.

Zanu PF has landed the nation in this hell-on-earth of a failed state. The corrupt and incompetent MDC leaders have helped Zanu PF remain in power by failing to implement the reforms. Rebranding the party as CCC has changed nothing as the participation in flawed elections shows.

The key out of this hell-hole is implementing the reforms. The worsening economic situation and the tragic human suffering and deaths underlines the critical importance and urgency of implementing the reforms. After 42 years of rigged elections it is insane to allow this madness to continue!

After Years Of Looting Chiadzwa Diamonds, Poor Villagers Made To Cheer A Renovated Dip Tank

By A Correspondent| Zimbabwe Consolidated Diamond Company (ZCDC) held a ribbon cutting ceremony to officially open a renovated dip tank handed over to Chiadzwa communities as part of the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR).

This is despite the fact that Chiadzwa communities have witnessed massive extraction of diamonds by different companies since from around 2008.

The extracted diamonds have not benefitted the local communities, with the state of schools, roads and houses among others only worsening due to increased traffic.

While many expected the diamond mining companies to invest heavily in modernizing their area of operation so that it can reflect the value of its underground resources, ZCDC saw it fit to renovate a dip tank and make noise about it.

The company’s executives had to drive all the way from their offices in Harare to gather in Chiadzwa to officially commission a dip tank that will be used by the local communities.

Posting on its social media platforms, ZCDC said the recently commissioned dip tank is too good that a person will like taking a dip. WHAT ABOUT THE DIAMONDS THAT ARE NOW INACCESSIBLE TO THE POOR VILLAGERS?

“TOO GOOD YOU WILL FEEL LIKE TAKING A DIP! ZCDC officially handed over Agoni dip tank to the Chiadzwa community which the company rehabilitated as part of its CSR initiatives. The community expressed its gratitude to the company for its involvement in the community,” ZCDC posted on Twitter.

One “ Pfura ” Ward 40 BUT too many of Similar Wards for CCC in Mash Central

By Tinashe Gumbo  | Traditionally, by-elections have never attracted much public interest in Zimbabwean politics. However, the successive by-elections that were held on 26 March and 7 May 2022 have generated a lot of debates and interest among political activists, analysts and the media.

The country held an almost mini-general election on 26 March 2022 following massive recalls of legislators and Councilors by the Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) led by Senator Douglas Mwonzora as well as some few deaths and reassignments of incumbents. This was followed by yet another by-election process on 7 May 2022 held in Rusape Ward 5, Chitungwiza Ward 7, Kariba Ward 3,4 and 8, Mutare Ward 14 and 16 as well as Pfura Ward 40.

The results of these by-elections have largely been described as a mirror of the 2023 harmonized elections. The excellent performance by one of the “newly” established opposition parties, the Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) surprised many, while “old” opposition players such as the MDC’s dismal show confirmed what the majority in the opposition circles wished for after the 2020 Supreme Court Ruling. On it’s part, the Zimbabwe African National Union Patriotic Front (ZANU PF) also celebrated its retention of mostly the rural vote but also its victory in Epworth.

Of particular interest for this piece, is the by-election result from Pfura Ward 40 of Mt Darwin in Mashonaland Central. The ward was won by the ZANU PF with a huge margin. The CCC performance in that Ward almost distorted its general show of popularity witnessed on 26 March and on 7 May in the rest of the contested wards and constituencies.

Pfura Ward 40 results emerged as one talking point from the 7 May by-election. The discussion is on why the opposition lost that “one” when all the other seven wards were responsive to the CCC. The CCC won almost 88% (seven out of eight) of the wards on offer. The ZANU PF scooped this “special” ward from Pfura while the game remained tough for the MDC which maintained its “zero” trend from the first match played on 26 March.

_Pfura_ _Ward_ _40_ _is_ _in_ _Mashonaland_ _Central_ _!_

It is critical to quickly remind each other that Pfura is located in Mashonaland Central. The province remains a major challenge for the opposition parties to perform meaningfully. Even from the days of the “MDC”, I mean the undivided MDC of 1999 to 2004, the game had not been easy in that pitch as the opposition virtually failed to break ZANU PF’s defense in that province. At best, the opposition won “something” in 2008 during the days of the likes of Shepherd Mushonga and some few Councilors in Bindura and Mvurwi in the recent years. Otherwise, generally, the opposition continues to struggle in the province.

Therefore, the Pfura Ward 40 result of 7 May 2022 should not be a surprise. It should be understood within the broader context affecting the whole province. The result, should indeed allow the opposition to sit down and reflect about its performance in such strategic provinces as the country gears up for the 2023 plebiscite.

_The_ _Results_ _at_ _a_ _Glance_

The ZANU PF Candidate in Pfura Ward 40, Gift Madziwa, polled 1461 votes while the CCC’s Candidate, Tobias Samuel scored 77 votes. The total vote cast was 1557 where 1538 were valid. The voter population in that ward was 3905 giving us a 39.9% voter turnout for that election. While the turnout was not generally impressive, the gap between the two contestants should be a big cause for worry on the part of the opposition, beyond the CCC. The two-digit figure is not something to celebrate about at all. If maintained, the figure will likely lead to the scaring away of potential supporters as they will not have confidence in that party.

_Any_ _Change_ _from_ _the_ _past_ _?_

Certainly, no changes from history. The trend has been sustained in the province in general in terms of electoral performance by the ruling and the opposition parties. The trend was maintained in Mt Darwin and in the entire province. For instance, in 2015, ZANU PF’s by-election Candidate in Mt Darwin West National House of Assembly, Barnwell Seremwe polled 18 315 against the Transform Zimbabwe and the National Constitutional Assembly’s candidates who scored 302 and 216 respectively. The seat had fallen vacant following the elevation of Dr Joyce Teurairopa Mujuru to the position of Vice President in 2013, before she was fired the following year due to internal factional wars in her party.

In the same constituency, ZANU PF had scored 22 877 votes in 2013 elections. Therefore, Pfura Ward 40 feeds from the mother constituencies of Mt Darwin and the grandmother (Mashonaland Central province). Pfura Ward 40 learnt every trick of it from the constituency and the province. Other wards and constituencies across the province have also benefited from this trend.

_But_ _why_ _is_ _Mashonaland_ _Central_ _Difficult_ _for_ _the_ _Opposition_ _?_

The opposition political parties should try to answer this question in their boardrooms as they plot for Mashonaland Central province. They should be contending that on 7 May 2022, they faced a single “Pfura” ward and indeed, in 2023, there will be hundreds of these “Pfura” wards in Mt Darwin; Rushinga; Mvurwi; Centenary; Shamva; Bindura; Mazowe; Guruve and Muzarabani. The “Pfura” wards will be too much for the opposition. Better be prepared! Better learn from 7 May test case and improve.

I always tell people that profiling of these wards, constituencies, provinces and subsequent planning accordingly is the answer to opposition headache. The opposition should clearly understand the historic, political, economic, cultural and social terrain of these areas. Certainly, by now, the opposition should have learnt and improved, but alas, they are yet to “get it” and act as per the dictates of these strategic provinces.

_A_ _little_ _bit_ _about_ _the_ _province_ :

1. I am convinced that personalities count in politics. Heavyweights’ names in a political party have a direct bearing on an election outcome. Prominent ZANU PF figures from Mashonaland Central have continued to “influence” elections held in that province. Interestingly, some of them are doing so in death and in exile as well as in their private lives. Their shadows and history continue to haunt the people of Mashonaland Central. A mere mention of their names automatically informs the voter of where to put his or her vote on election day.

However, some are still breathing politically and biologically. The list of big names that continue to haunt voters in the province is very long: Dr Mujuru; the late Elliot Manyika; the first lady Dr Auxilia Mnangagwa of Chiweshe; Savior Kasukuwere who is in exile; the late Border Gezi; Nicholas Goche; Lazarus Dokora; Christopher Kuruneri; Chenhamo Chakezha Chimutengwende; the late Vice President Joseph Musika of Chiweshe, Major Cairo Mhandu and the new and emerging names in the politics of that province such as Kazembe Kazembe; Tafadzwa Musarara, Martin Dhina and some more progressive but politically influential such as the likes of Fortune Chasi among others.

Studies have confirmed that voters tend to want to protect the political positions of their national leaders. Thus, they will always listen to the political advice from those who come from their local communities but also holding national political positions. Remember the positions held by many of these leaders at national level both in the ZANU PF party and in Cabinet and Presidium. Most of these were and some are still in Cabinet while others hold key party positions at national level.

Remember Gezi, Manyika and Kasukuwere roles in the national Commissariat of ZANU PF. Remember the role played by Goche as the Negotiator for the Inclusive Government and his role in Cabinet. Mujuru-Musika Presidium roles too. Kazembe-Dokora-Kuruneri-Chenhamo-Chasi and others’ Ministerial posts. These figures virtually ran the country from Mashonaland Central.

During an election season, these powerful positions are utilized in mobilizing vote for that party. Powerful position come with political, material and financial power hence motivation for voting towards that party.

One will argue that the same can be tried by the CCC, MDC or any other party. A number of senior political figures in the opposition come from particular rural wards and constituencies. Their local community members envy them for holding those national positions even though they are still in opposition. Why not ensure that these national leaders virtually camp in their rural wards during elections to campaign for their local candidates? They have the national political flavor just like their ZANU PF counterparts. Certainly, some changes can be noted, at least for the national Presidential vote.

2. Mashonaland Central saw a number of families accessing land during the “land redistribution program”. This remains a tool for winning elections in the province. It is good that some of the key opposition parties are now beginning to emphasize that “land reform” is an irreversible process. We heard this from the CCC in Masvingo-and this can be the right way to go. Such messages should be heard more in provinces such as Mashonaland Central. This policy framework should be amplified in the upcoming elections.

I read a twitter post by Chalton Hwende the Secretary General of the CCC on 24 April 2022 elaborating on the land reform issue in the context of his party’s campaign in Pfura Ward 40. He indicated that “Ward 40 in Mt Darwin has a lot of resettlement areas. The situation in farming communities is changing. In 2001, 82.4% of beneficiaries got land through land invasions but by 2015, 50.0% was now through inheritance (young people who are cash focused and hungry for change)”.

While such analysis maybe be true and helpful in strategy development for a campaign, communicating it publicly may be dangerous especially when dealing with ZANU PF in Mashonaland Central. One can easily expose his or her party supporters who will be then targeted by the opponent(ZANU PF). Opposition parties should learn (and learn well) from ZANU PF-it will not publicise its strategic data, let alone its strategy. In areas such as Mashonaland Central, underground tactics will certainly bear better fruits than open actions.

3. The ZANU PF maximizes history. There have been strong messages that portray the people of Mashonaland Central as the “main victims” of the effects of the liberation war. People are reminded of such and such battle fought in Muzarabani, in Mt Darwin or Guruve because of the proximity of these areas to Mozambique. Yes, these were among the key entry points for liberation fighters into the country but surely not the only ones. People are also always reminded of Charwe Nyakasikana (Mbuya Nehanda) as having been from Mazowe.

Surely, such messages can be neutralized and countered by the opposition, if they are really serious about wrestling the province from ZANU PF. Noone should monopolise the “victimness” of the area. Noone should monopolise history. History belongs to all of us hence Mbuya Nehanda should be for all of us despite our contemporary political differences.

4. In 2000 Constitutional Referendum, Mashonaland Central was one of the areas which generally supported the YES vote. They voted for the Government sponsored Constitutional Draft when the majority rejected it.

The YES received 578 000 votes against 697 754 NO votes nationally. The Mashonaland Central province received showers of praise from the ZANU PF party and Government leaders. Therefore, this remained a signature historical performance that ZANU PF wants to protect. Reference has always been made during political rallies that “Mashonaland Central defended the country from the imperialists in 2000”.

5. The Chibondo (Mt Darwin) exhumation and “reburials” of the people alleged to have been killed during the liberation war time by the whites might have been another contributor to the general feeling towards ZANU PF in the area. The exhumations and reburials took place around 2011 being led by the ZANU PF leadership under the cover of the Fallen Heroes Trust. Those 849 bodies which were exhumed in Mt Darwin were paraded for the community members to see.

The exercise was so emotional that community members would not have “voted otherwise” in the subsequent elections. It was presented as an example of the white man’s (and woman) impunity as the Rhodesian Government “attempted to suppress the will of the people” during the liberation war.

6. The NHANGA-GOTA exercise has been used by the first lady to garner up support for the ruling party. These so-called traditional meetings have been concentrated in the province and they have mobilized potential “voters” through the traditional leaders and party structures. It is likely that this exercise will bring huge numbers of supporters to ZANU PF for 2023. While the process has been regarded as a form of some philanthropic work, no doubt, it has some political results which are falling onto the ZANU PF plate.

7. But the serious political violence against the opposition political parties’ membership perpetrated by alleged ZANU PF sympathizers also continues to be a factor that influences the election results in the province.

Remember the Elliot Pfebve (MDC) Vs Elliot Manyika (Battle of the Elliots) fierce violence filled campaign. The campaign for the Bindura seat that had fell vacant following the death of Border Gezi in a car accident along Masvingo road was violent. The violence psychologically affected the voters to this day.

8. During the early days of the formation of the MDC, Elliot Pfebve’s brother Matthew was killed in Mt Darwin in 2000, the same period when other first MDC victims, Tichaona Chiminya and Talent Mabika were burnt to death in Manicaland. Furthermore, the murder of Trymore Midzi, another MDC activist and the subsequent battle of Bindura (between the ZANU PF supporters and the mainly MDC mourners during his burial) in 2002 was another notable key incident in the province. All these bring back memories of violence that influence election outcomes. The memories continue to linger in the voters’ minds and obviously reminding them to “vote wisely”.

9. It has also been noted that Mt Darwin has been one of the ZANU PF defined districts which did well with regards to the party’s voter mobilization campaign during their internal leadership renewal processes in 2021. Such internal processes help mobilize and motivate party structures even for external elections. The ZANU PF machinery is effective and very efficient when it comes to mobilisation, coordination and activation of party structures. By the way, the party is known for its massive audit and verification exercises for its structures. It was noted that Mazowe and Mt Darwin districts did very well in this regard during ZANU PF’s internal processes last year. The results were seen on 7 May 22 in Pfura Ward 40.

The ZANU PF is disciplined when it comes to ensuring that after internal elective processes, all supporters are whipped into party line, ready for supporting each other against the opposition. It has the ability to “resolve” differences after every internal process. Remember, the Musarara-Kazembe-James Makamba fierce battle for provincial chairmanship. Yet, in all the by-elections that followed in Bindura (26 March) and in Pfura Ward 40, one could not tell that there was once such feud among major factions.

_Conclusion_

While there is overwhelming evidence to explain the dismal performance of the opposition parties in Mashonaland Central, there is still room for them to improve. Instead of wasting time campaigning in urban areas where they are assured of a win, they should invest time and other resources in this hard to win province.

Otherwise, the CCC’s impressive show of popularity during the two by-elections, barely four months after its formation, is something to commend. The MDC needs to go back to the drawing board and find the right formula for this game. The ZANU PF also did well in its defense of traditional territories. Yet, there will be many “Pfura” wards and constituencies for the opposition parties to contend with. A lasting solution should be sought when dealing with the Mashonaland Central case.

DJ Fantan Nabbed Over Domestic Violence

By A Correspondent- Music producer DJ Fantan was arrested on Tuesday after his wife told police he beat her and locked her up at their home.

Fantan, real name Arnold Kamudyariwa, was detained at Waterfalls Police Station.

Police spokesman Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi said: “DJ Fantan has been arrested for domestic violence and is in police custody.”

His wife, Gamuchirai Nemukunyu, said Fantan had a history of becoming violent when the couple argued.

“I’ve suffered enough at the hands of this man,” she told H-Metro. “He has been assaulting me, abusing me and destroying our property. I think it’s high time justice takes its course. I want him to be stopped from abusing me.”

In a post on his Facebook page, Fantan railed at what he called “false accusations.”

“My family and I are safe,” he wrote, without addressing the domestic abuse allegations.

Nemukunyu claimed DJ Fantan did not want her to “do my own things.”

“To him I should be a housewife only, responsible for household chores. This is despite the fact that he doesn’t give me money. I’ve suffered emotional and economic abuse. So, when I challenge all this, he becomes violent, abusing me and destroying property.”

DJ Fantan was previously arrested in January 2021 after hosting an illegal New Year’s Eve party in breach of Covid-19 regulations. He was jailed for 12 months but the sentence was reduced to three months by the High Court, with an option to pay a Z$2,000 fine which he took.

Gvt Bailout For Struggling PSMAS

By A Correspondent- Struggling medical insurance company Premier Medical Aid Society (PSMAS) will receive a government bailout to clear its debts and improve its balance sheet, vice president Constantino Chiwenga said on Tuesday.

Chiwenga, who is also the health minister, said government employees who make up most of PSMAS’ 900,000 customers were struggling to obtain medical services on the strength of a PSMAS health insurance policy.

He said in many instances, hospitals and pharmacies were refusing to honour the membership card, citing non-payment of claims submitted to PSMAS. This has resulted in PSMAS policy holders being required to make payments up-front, often in foreign currency.

Where PSMAS medical aid cards are accepted, significant co-payments are also required, both in respect of consultation fees and the purchase of prescription drugs, he said.

“The government has committed additional financial resources on a monthly basis to ensure the viability of PSMAS and PSMI to deliver on their core mandate. The funds are targeted to retire the debt to PSMI and other third-party service providers,” Chiwenga said, without disclosing the size of the bailout.

“That support will extend to PSMI to pay its workforce and procure adequate medical drugs consistently.”

He said PSMAS had confirmed to the government that it had accumulated significant debts with service providers.

“Concerned about the failure by employees to access health services posed by this situation, the government urged PSMAS to use a significant proportion of the money from the national treasury to retire the debt owed to the service providers in order to restore the integrity of the PSMAS medical aid card used by employees to access health services,” Chiwenga said.

“The restoration of trust will also remove the distress caused by huge shortfalls to service providers that would require civil servants to find the money for co-payments.”

Chiwenga assured government workers, who form 90 percent of contributions to PSMAS, that “the government’s support for their healthcare needs remains intact and unwavering.”

“In addition, effective measures have been and will continue to be undertaken to secure the character and viability of PSMAS which most of them depend on for healthcare services,” he said.

The government currently supports each employee who chooses to become a PSMAS member by paying 80 percent of the subscriptions translating to at least US$5 million in employer contribution monthly and US$60 million annually.

Firm Slapped With Fine for Fraud

CONSULTANCY company Philjoy Secretarial Services has been fined $30 000 for fraud after crafting a fake CR14.
Harare magistrate Munashe Chibanda ordered the company to pay the fine or have its property attached.

The court heard that on a date unknown to the prosecutor, but during the period between July 29, 2002 and August 2020 and at the Registrar of Companies office, Harare, the company represented by Phillip Danga sought to mislead the public that it had been appointed company secretary of Balwearie Holdings (Pvt) Limited.

It is alleged that Danga prepared a fraudulent CR14 document and filed the same with the Register of Companies offices.

He pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Danga further told the court that the CR14 was prepared by his clerk, and that he was only given the document to sign.

After a full trial, Chibanda said the State managed to prove a prima facie case against the company.

“It is common cause that the CR14 is full of misrepresentations. The Registrar of Companies clearly told the court that it was the duty of the accused to supply correct information. The State has managed to prove its case beyond reasonable doubt that the accused committed the offence. I, hereby, find the accused guilty,” Chibanda ruled. -Newsday

ZINASU Statement On National Shutdown

The Zimbabwe National Students Union would like to congratulate the masses of the students for standing up and marking the ground, and proving to the world that we will never fold our hands when the regime is deploying taliban policies which seeks to eliminate our right to education.

We also want to applaud all the progressive forces who poured solidarity in our struggle for affordable education It was clear to all that the regime panicked and its reactionary behaviour manifested through the deployment of state security agencies throughout the streets.

All the State Institutions in the country were manned by police and army vehicles as if the security agencies want to enrol. The main objective was to close all the state institutions and this is what happened all tertiary institutions were on a sabbatical.

The state has temporarily declared war against the students its clear to all that on the 9th May 2022 the state declared a state of emergency against harmless students who are just demanding quality and affordable education, this will not deter our fighting spirit. This is just the beginning of our action this is a campaign and it is still in motion.

Effects Of Formula Milk

Nyanga Man Fined For Wearing Red

By- A 76-year-old Nyanga man was recently fined after his 15-year-old grandson was convicted for allegedly violating an odd traditional custom of wearing red colours during the rainy season.

Fungai Mushonga, the Headman for Tamunesa village in Nyanga District in Manicaland province on 7 January 2022 took the unprecedented and bizarre decision in which he ordered 76-year-old Peter Makunura to pay four goats, two chickens and US$20 after faulting him for allowing his 15-year-old grandson, who had visited him, to wear a red cap during the rainy season, a practice which is outlawed in the village.

Makunura was also charged for undermining authority of the Headman by not presenting himself at a primary court session, where he was supposed to answer to the frivolous charges.

The 76-year-old Makunura has now engaged Kelvin Kabaya and Peggy Tavagadza of Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights, who recently filed an application for review of the proceedings presided over by Mushonga and seeking to set aside the absurd decision of the primary court.
In the application, Kabaya and Tavagadza argued that Mushonga’s decision to summon a minor child to appear in court without his guardian and to permit the Messenger of Court to attach and take into execution Makunura’s property, when he was never a party to the proceedings and was never summoned to appear in the primary court, was grossly irregular as to amount to an illegality.
The human rights lawyers also contended that the decision by Mushonga to enter a judgment in default in circumstances involving a minor child was grossly irregular as to induce a sense of shock and revulsion.
Kabaya and Tavagadza want Mushonga’s judgment to be set aside and that he be ordered to pay back the four goats, two chickens and US$20 to Makunura.
In his defence, Mushonga, who is opposing the application, argued that it is taboo in his jurisdiction for his subjects to “wear red clothing during the rainy season” and that he could not ascertain the age of Makunura’s grandson for him to realise that he was a minor.
Nyanga Magistrate Notebulgar Muchineripi is yet to hand down judgment on Makunura’s application.
In some communities, it is believed that wearing red clothes when it is raining attracts lightning.

Of The Herald, Misinformation, Malinformation and Misogyny

By Stephen Sarkozy Chuma

10-05-2022

Wadyajena Tuesday tweeted saying that his party would hunt down and eliminate social justice activists organising peaceful protests against the government.

Bathug, Linda Masarira Lies Saying Maponga Didn’t Travel To SA

Deputy Agric Minister Karoro Implicated in Presidential Inputs Fraud

By Jane Mlambo| The deputy minister of the ministry of lands, water and agriculture Honourable Douglas Karoro is implicated in a case where GMB was prejudiced of US$24 000.

The Mbire legislator is said to have acted in connivance with Mugove Glen Chidamba to sell bags of fertilizers meant to benefit local farmers under the Presidential Inputs Programme, according to court papers obtained by this publication.

“On the 25th day of April 2022, the accused with the assistance of Honourable Douglas Karoro, received 400 x 50kg Ammonium Nitrate fertilizers from GMB Aspindale, which was supposed to be transported to GMB Mushumbi and benefit local farmers under the Presidential Inputs Programme.

“The accused then sold 200 bags to different customers in Harare and did not deliver the fertilizer to GMB Mushumbi,” the state alleges.

When the GMB Aspindale manager learnt that the consignment had not reached GMB Mushumbi Depot he quizzed the deputy agriculture minister who then hatched a plan with the accused Chidamba to conceal the fraud.

“To cover up for the offense accused returned 200 bags of Ammonium Nitrate ,132 x 50kg Super Fert, Calcium Ammonium Nitrate   and 69 x 50kg Super Fert, Cotton Top Dressing Calcium Ammonium Nitrate misrepresenting that it was the same fertilizer they had collected from the same Depot on 25 April 2022,” added the state.

However, the defense lawyer representing Chidamba argued that the accused was being sacrificed when it was clear that it is the deputy minister Karoro who should be answering the charges since he is the one who had contacted GMB.

The lawyer is seeking bail and the ruling for the bail application has been set for   Wednesday.

Nakamba To Feature In Clash With Liverpool

Marvelous Nakamba has been tipped to feature in Aston Villa’s team to face Liverpool tonight.

The midfielder has sat out in the previous games after taking long to wear off the rust. He spent four months on the sidelines with a knee injury that required surgery.

Nakamb returned to action last month but has only featured once, playing for two minutes in the goalless draw against Leicester City.

With Jacob Ramsey not available for the Reds clash, coach Steven Gerrard could be forced to make some changes and bring in the Warriors international to play.

However, that will depend whether the Zimbabwean is match fit or not.

If no red flag is waved on him, he is expected play in the Villa midfield consisting of David Luiz and John McGinn.

Kick-off is at 20:45 CAT- Soccer24 Zimbabwe

Is Formula Milk Good For Your Baby ?
